Qatar based QATALUM, a joint venture between Qatar Aluminum and Hydro Projects has bestowed upon Omnitec the responsibility of Supplying and Installing Sectional 0verhead industrial doors and fire-rated doors. The doors were manufactured within a short time frame of one week by a company specializing in the manufacture of industrial doors and commercial doors, "Norpa, Spain" and installed by "Omnitec Security Systems, Dubai".

Qatalum, the largest ever Aluminum Plant built in a single phase worldwide and based in Qatar having a capacity of 585,000 tonnes is located at Mesaieed Industrial City. The plant confirms to international safety & security standards and is fully-integrated and consists of a smelter, casthouse and carbon plant as well as a dedicated gas fired power plant with a capacity of approximately 1,350 meters. It also consists of a dedicated port and all the service and support facilities needed.
